Question: Blue smoke coming out of tailpipe, converter code

Blue smoke coming out of exhaust, when got emmission test they say converter, don't know if it is frt or back. Blue smoke, valve guides or seals?

    sounds like you may have 2 problems-catalytic effiency code for a worn out converter usually will be front and the blue smoke indicates oil consumption-pcv system,valve seals or weak rings-suggest diagnostics to save on unneeded repairs
