blown radiator hose on 2003 Chevrolet Malibu

I blew the hose on e-way, air filter (high performance) sucked water into engine, saturated!!!!!!! I tried to start after repaired hose-first with out plugs to blow out water, tried again plugs were saturated again. I had a water leak between intake manifold & head prior to this. warped head?

You turned over the engine and the water shot out of the cylinders and now it has water in the cylinders again you have a cracked head or blown head gasket, if they is only a little water in the cylinder its probably just not all coming out when you turn it over
