My truck is actually a 1984 not 1990. It is blowning the engine fuse and causing the battery not to charge. Any ideas what is causing this and how I can fix this? I have tried everything known to man. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank You!

Have you checked the voltage regulator? also check the starter it may be pulling to many amps at the start up. It could be bad and you can't tell yet.

Thanks for the input. I already chaged the voltage regulator. I am checking the starter now. Thanks so much for replying and giving me something else to check. How many amps should it pull on start up?
