1994 Pontiac Grand Prix Question: blower motor resistor

where is the blower motor resistor located? how hard is it to change? -

Blower motor resistor is in the heater core/evaporator housing under the dash. It is located next to the heater motor itself. The wires on the resistor pack are colored dark blue, blue ,tan and yellow. -

the control switch, when i put the air cond on the air blows to the winshell, the air should come to me.not the winshell -
