Blower Motor Resistor on 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier

How to replace the blower motor resistor in the 1998 cavalier z24 is there an easy way before I pull the dash or the air bag?

Locate the blower motor under the dash, next to the wires that operate the blower motor is another wiring connection 4 wires tan, orange, black/white,light blue, that's the resistor, 25 minutes to replace $40 in parts.

Thank's Patrick, I did find it now I have to figger out how to get the two screws off they are in a tight place behind the blower motor, will I have to pull the screws three screws off the motor to get at the resistor?

About a year ago, anytime I turned on the windshield defroster I would hear a clacking noise, but when I turned it on the setting to for defrost and to blow thru the vents it would not make the noi...
...but not at full power and heat comes out of the other middle vents as well. Could this be the blower motor resistor? Thank you for any help you can give me.
