Question: blower motor location

i don't know what the problem is i believe its the blower motor. see no air will push through the vents but when i'm driving it will force air through the vents. so thats why i think it is the blower motor

    When you turn the fan on or change fan speed, does the blower get faster and slower as desired? If not, a blower motor resistor issue may be present - the resistor varies power to the blower motor to change the speed. If no power or no changing speeds are available - the resistor and / or wiring could be suspect.
