My blower will work fine all year, but as soon as winter comes and the temperature drops below 30 degrees F. the blower goes out. Then when spring comes the blower will start working again. What could be causing this, how can I fix it?

Awful to happen in the winter when you need heat and defrost. I wonder if the motor is getting water in it. You would need a wiring diagram and component locator to start doing some tests. I would get the motor in a "failed state" apply power or ground to it and see if it then works. See if it gets power or is "missing" ground and start tracing either the power or ground side of the circuit. GM wiring diagrams are straight forward to read and comprehend. There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
