the blower motor in my jeep seems to only function on 3 or 4 if I put it on 1 or 2 nothing happens what can it be helpppp

If the blower motor has failed on two speeds only it is like lt that the heater blower motor resister has failed it is located just behind the glove box and is assessable with the glove box door open. The resister pack is secured with two bolts and has five wires going to it.
