First off TY for your help, does this issue sound like the blower motor to u and if so is it located under the passenger side glove box, or could it be a resistor, im leaning towards the blower motor, only because it gradually slows down sometimes it just will start, or varily turn at all on any speed but u notice more on high speed because its obviously hardly turning, ty for ur help.
