Question: blinking lights unless on

keyless entry quit working and now ext. lights start blinking when i unlock or open car doors van has 195000 miles

    This sounds like the alarm is acting up, or maybe the door switch that is supposed to disarm the alarm when you unlock the door.

    The blinking lights are safety features on the caravan to let cars and people know that your door is opening. It is on the manual how to turn this on and off. If I remember it right, you set your key from off to acc (until all the lights on panel is on three times ) within 5 seconds after the last one, then press the hazard light. Either way, it's on the manual. If it doesn't work, let me know, I'll look it up for you.
