2000 Toyota Tundra Question: Blinker unit/flasher

How do I replace the Blinker/Flasher unit?

    Have the turn signals failed? Are you sure the flasher unit is the problem? Try the 4way flashers do they work?
    Recheck a 5 Amp fuse that is marked "turn" and a 20 Amp fuse marked "horn" they must have power on both sides of the fuse key on!
    The flasher unit is behind the dash in the area of the hood release.
    Flasher unit has 8 wires going to it.
    green/red, blue/white, red/black, green/black, green, green /black, green/yellow, white/black.

    My 2004 left turn signals do not work back or front or dash board have changed bulbs back and front and checked all fuses
