bleeding brakes/clutch on 1991 Isuzu Trooper

what do i need to do to bleed the clutch and brakes on a 1991 isuzu trooper 2

7 or 8 mm combination wrench (whichever one fits), 16 inches of clear tubing that fits tight on bleed screw, brake fluid, clear plastic jar to hold expelled fluid, and another person to sit in truck and press pedal while you loosen/tighten bleed screw. Takes about 0 minutes per wheel.

i can't imagine more bleeding will do any good , clutch is stiffer than a brake . can anyone tell me what's wrong ?
