The people at BMS get the job done quickly, but most importantly, it's done correctly. As somebody who usually does my own work on my cars, I know BMS won't cut corners. Philip, who is a wealth of knowledge, and everyone else there are also really kind and have a positive attitude.

Always good service. I miss the mobile service, but they are not too far away. And as always, they're still responsive and helpful every time. They ask questions about what's going on with the car and consider what the cause may be......before even making the appointment. I appreciate that a lot. I also like that they provide advice regarding future services that will be needed, prioritize them based on importance, and give an idea of how much it will cost so I can plan my budget. They don't try to get all your money in one day! And their prices are reasonable and fair. Thank you for keeping me rolling!!!!

Coming to the shop is far less convenient than your coming to our home. By limiting yourself to a shop, you lose your distictiveness in the market for these services.

AC repair was not completed correctly causing the AC to not cool effectively. After a second attempt to recharge the system, the AC was still not working correctly and the recommended solution was to replace the compressor which would have been a very significant expense. I had a reputable AC repair shop provide a second opinion and they were able to confirm the system was not charged properly and was low on coolant. After the AC shop recharged the system correctly the AC worked perfectly and has not had any issues since. Had I not gotten a second opinion I would have likely spent over $1500 unnecessarily on installation of a new compressor. The BMS tech attempted to charge the system twice and did not charge it correctly both times.
