His service was outstanding after hours to fix my truck and he replaced two tires that I bought three months ago that went bad. He went out of his way to get with a tire representative to recommend replacing my tires that I bought a set of faulty tires and I took them back to him and he replaced them with no hassle. He knows his job well.
Prompt service, basically they were there promptly, and good customer service. I was on the freeway broken down, and called triple AAA. I was traveling through Wisconsin and my car broke down, called Triple AAA, Bill towed the car back to his garage and did the necessary repairs to get my on the road.
The reason mainly is I had a purging problem to purge oil out of the engine, between the timing chain and gasket back there. It cost me four and five hundred dollars and it was extravagant but I like Bill. This one experience was not so good, but normally I was a hundred percent satisfied, it cost me a lot of money and then had it repaired elsewhere.
I gave them a chance twice to repair my vehicle, extremely expensive for what they do, they had to tow it to another shop because they couldn't figure it out. It took them two weeks to figure out an electrical problem. The first time they had it a ball joint went out and had an opportunity to repair it, took over a week, it should have been four to six hours at the most.
