Bills On Broadway has been open for 6 years now, we have a combined work experience of 50 years. We work on all makes, all models, small engine repair, and everything in between. We specialize in Diagnostics, Engine Repair, Electrical Repair, Steering and Suspension, ABS brakes, and other aspects of automotive repair. I have been to Bill's 4 times since May 3rd 2011, the day my clutch went out. I have spent $5314.60 at the shop, rented a car for 10 days which cost me an additional $336.06 and my car is still making some weird rattling noise. I have been misquoted, and inconvienced by not having a car. I am a single Mom of 3 teens and it has been a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend Bill's on Broadway.

On 5/3/2011 A 2006 Suzuki Forenza came to our shop with no clutch pedal and, we replaced the clutch master cylinder; we also added oil to the motor because there was no oil on the dip stick. That invoice was $232.38. We did advise the customer on other repairs that were needed but those were turned down.
On 5/6/2011 we replaced the clutch, timing belt, water pump, coolant system flush, 4 new tires, and front struts. We also did a front end alignment and replace the tie rod end. That invoice was $2814.49
On 5/19/2011 the Suzuki came to the shop for stalling and the oil light was coming on. This time motor was low on oil, so we did a motor flush to clean all the junk out, and the head gasket was blown, after the head repair was done. The motor ran great, that invoice was $1813.64.
On 6/13/2011 the car came to the shop for check eng light on. We found the oxygen sensor was bad and replaced it; we also cleaned the EGR valve and advised that it may need to be replaced. That invoice was $454.09.
We pride ourselves to do the best we can. As we have outlined here, this car had no history of repair, so there were many things in a state of disrepair. The car is now in better shape and is safe to drive now. Thank s for taking the time to read our response to this matter.

I am so so happy with the job that Bill's did on my car!! It was scary moving to a new city with the kind of car that I have. It was even scarier to think of places that as soon as they heard BMW, they would hike up the prices. Not the case with Bill's. They gave me a quote here on RepairPal and kept their word (They even remembered me from this site, when I walked in the shop, and it had been a couple of months!! wow). They gave me suggestions on additional and needed maintenance at an affordable price. Now I have a place to go where I know my Beamer will be in good hands. I truly recommend Bill's!! They will take good care of you.

I drive 15 miles to let them service my vehicle, they are very honest and trustworthy. I do not hesitate when they give me a price because I know they have the best price for the quality repair they perform.

I have been going to Bill's for years. There is always a friendly face waiting to greet you in the office and help you the best they can. They repair your vehicle in a timely manner. If they find something else wrong with your car they contact you before doing any work on it. They are very personable and I have been very pleased with all of the work they have done for me. I have had no problems at all. I refuse to go to any place other than Bill's, even if I have to drive the extra distance or have my car towed there. THANKS BILL'S!! They are the best you will ever find. :]

My husband and I have been going to Bills on Broadway since they have opened. Not only did they find the problem with my car that the other shops in the area could not find, but, they treated us with respect. I trust Bill and his staff with any of my cars. They will tell you what is wrong with the car and not add in all of the other little charges that some of the shops tend to do. From when you walk in to the shop and see the great service of the front desk to the bays of the shop and see the guys out there working hard. I refuse to take my cars anywhere else but Bills. You should do the same.
