When my battery died, I was attending college, and my Dad was at home. The help that I received in store, and them working over the phone with my dad was outstanding. I didn't feel worried about having to do anything by myself there.
Fixed right the first time. Completely honest, and fair prices.
Unacceptable level of accountability and service in general. $500 worth of repairs and they told me that my car had irreparable damage and was not driveable. The irreparable damage was 12 inches from the repairs being done and they claimed not to have noticed. I verified with 3 other shops that it was unlikely they didn't notice and just wanted my money.
On a recent visit, they left multiple screws on the passenger side floor of my car after repairs were completed. They also did not discard the old ECM (computer) after installing a refurbished one on a previous visit. Prices also seem a little higher than at other shops in the area.
