I took my suburban in to have a transmission put in and I received a call from the secretary that my truck had been found with the back hatch up. After speaking with the owner I found out that my $5,000 stereo system had been stolen and no windows had been broken. I asked him how they got into my vehicle without busting the windows and he told me that he leaves all the vehicles on his lot unlocked because he had 7 cars broken into one night and didn't want to be responsible for the broken glass. He told me it is better to leave them unlocked because if someone wants something out of them they are going to break the glass to get it so just leave them unlocked to keep that from happening. IT IS THE WORSE STORY I HAVE EVER HEARD! I WOULD HAVE NEVER LEFT MY TRUCK THERE IF HE WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT FROM THE BEGINNING. BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!

Bigley Auto Service
I chose Bigley's on-line when my son's car broke-down near Charleston. They first recommended American Towing, an excellent choice for good service, even when my son didn't leave the keys with the car. Once at Bigley's, they had a locksmith prepare a key for the car. When the bad news came, Bigley's only billed me for the towing and the key. They helped me contact local salvage yards but the car wasn't wanted without a good engine. Mr. Hardman's office help, his daughter Mandy, actually offered to buy the car knowing her dad and family could repair it cheaply when I couldn't. When I forgot my license plate, Mandy mailed it to me. While there, I had the tires on my Buick balanced to smooth the long ride home. My wait was brief and the technician worked at a good pace and hand-torqued the lug-nuts. The ride home was much improved. Excellent customer service, courteous folks to have work on your car.
