Bumpy ride. NTB recommends to me that my front and rear struts should be replaced at a total cost of $600. My Toyota dealership says, Nah, your struts are OK, and if you replace them it will cost you $2500. Yikes! What should I do?

It is very hard to believe a 2003 Avalon needs the front and rear struts replaced already. I would tend to believe the dealership. Did the dealership look at your vehicle for the bumpy ride issue? What are you setting your tire pressures to? How many miles do you have on the vehicle?

This 2003 Avalon has about 69,000 miles, and I keep my tires at around 35 lbs. The dealer says that yes, he drove it and there is "slight wear" but no leakage.
