This shop leave much to be desired. I recently (April 2010) brought my car in for 120,000 mile major maintenance. An Internet search shows that several shops include a timing belt change with this maintenance (at 60k and 120k). Open Road Mazda Morristown wanted to charge me an extra $1000 for the the timing belt change. Their full circle inspection is a joke. When I picked up my car I opened the hood and immediately saw that the wiper fluid was low (that is the first item on the full circle check list). Also they left my coolant overflow cap off. Two days later I was pulled over for having my license plate lights out. I guess they decided not to check those. On the plus side they did allow me to have a (dirty) loaner car while my car was being repaired. On the down side I arranged my appointment online only to be told that the online service appointments weren't working and had to schedule a different service time over the phone. Also the service hour on the door say they are open til 8pm. Turns out the service team leaves around 5pm and the sales team will let you stand around waiting for someone to show up to service without bothering to see if they can help you or to tell you that your wasting your time waiting. When I called to ask about the lights and the fluid they graciously allowed me to spend my lunch break and a few extra bucks to have the wiper fluid topped off and the license plate lights replaced.
