Bentley Hyundai is a great place to get service done. I have been getting service done there for several years. The service writers are always nice and informative. The technicians do a great job. Also the cashiers are friendly. I really like bringing my vehicle in here. I know it will get fixed the first time in a timely manner.

DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP! I took my Suzuki to this place because there are no Suzuki dealerships/service departments in our area and Bentley Hyundai was the closest service department (60 miles from my home) that would service them. I had never had any problems with my car and actually only took my car here for just a few minor repairs before my warranty ran out. The first visit was wonderful-couldn't have asked for better service. A couple of weeks later, my car had to be towed back to the dealership because it would not start. They had my car for a week to repair a fuel line problem and when I got my car back not only was there grease all in my front seats and headliner, but they had also drained a FULL TANK of gas out and did not replace it. When I complained about this, I was told "I am sorry you are upset about this". Not even an ATTEMPT to make it right!
A week later, my check engine light was back on with a message to tighten my gas cap. Back to the service department it went. The gas cap was replaced and when I complained once again about the grease and the gas, I was given another "Sorry". They did however tell me that the bearings were bad in my steering wheel and if I would bring it back they would replace it.
A few days later, my check engine light was back on so - AGAIN - another 60 mile trip to Huntsville. When we got there, we were told that they would provide a car for us to return home but could only allow us to have it for 24 hours. What they provided was a rental from Enterprise Rental to which we had to pay for the insurance and gas! The following day, another trip to Huntsville to pick up my car only to discover the reason the check engine light was on this time was because of an error of the service department team in re-connecting the vaccuum hose!
This service department is incompetent in my opinion and I will NEVER take my car back or suggest anyone else take theirs for repair!!!
One positive I can say is that the customer service team (basically the "in-betweens" of the customer and the service department) were excellent - especially Stephanie. Unfortunately, they will continue to lose customers if this level of incompetence is not addressed by upper management!

Please do yourself a favor DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you live in the Huntsville area and have a warranty repair on your Suzuki - take it 250 miles to the next nearest warranty center. My car has been at Bentley for 20 days now and still no sign of when I will get it back. I have been nothing but jerked around by this company and they really could care less, which is the most frustrating part. I have spoken with everyone from Suzuki themselves to the head of service and parts department - needless to say I still am no better off, other than I know that the problem is diffently with the dealership themselves.
