  Be, t maintanance experience I have ever had. Oscar and Kevin spent the needed time with me so we together could decide what needed and should be done to our car prior to a trip. I left there feeling good about the work that was done. They have a customer for life. I did not have a appointment and they fit me in and completed all the work in a timely manner. They even covered the cost of a rental car for me.

  We had a clutch kit replaced on our 99 Ford F-150. Ben White Auto did a great job and the customer service was outstanding.

  My experience with Ben White Auto was amazing. I called in the morning to get my window regulator fixed and explained to them that I had to have it done by 1 o'clock so that I could get to work. They didn't promise anything, but of course had it done before I needed it. The guys there were so friendly and they really seemed to care about me and my car! They also did great quality work at a good price!

  They were quick and I got it back in a day. They seemed honest and had fair rates. I would go back again. I liked that if you read the reviews they respond to the bad ones and explain why this or that happened. To me this says they try to keep everyone happy.

  I had problems with my brakes and battery that were leaving me stranded all over town. The guys at Ben White Auto really know their stuff and helped me get my car back in shape. Its good to have a shop you can rely on with friendly staff. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

  I have a 1990 Toyota Celica. I had new brakes installed about 6,000 miles ago (in Maine). They never felt right. Since moving to Texas I took the car to many shops (including a Toyota dealer) and was told the brakes were fine. The brakes were not fine and Ben White Automotive replaced them and performed other necessary work. I won't be going anywhere else for service.

  Ben White Auto has the soul and integrity of a small town local mechanic but with the expertise and professionalism of a top-quality facility. They are there to help get your car back and running, not just to make money off of you. It's hard to find a repair shop that gives that kind of service in Austin. Ben White Auto was highly recommended to me by several people, and I'm so glad I went there.

  I have taken my Honda CR-V here several times over the years for various repairs. The have always been straightforward regarding price and never pressure me to have work done. They are also very prompt getting the job done.

  Recently took car in for brake work. It was expensive but another shop gave a higher estimate. I believe they gave me a fair price. I assume the work they did was fine. When they called me to say the car was repaired I asked to see the used parts. They said they didn't have the parts because they were just hauled away for recycling. I have been searching for a reliable and trustworthy shop for quite a while and I hope I have found it here. I will certainly try them again.

  I'd had the brakes "fixed" at another shop in San Antonio. They neglected to tighten down the brake caliper correctly - thus it was starting to come off! I would have been driving with out a brake on the front end. It was making such a horrible noise that I felt like I couldn't drive the car - so I had it towed in at 7am to the shop on the south side. They really took care of me. They got me a complimentary Cab to work - my employer was pleasantly surprised to see me there on time, even though I'd already notified them that I thought I would be late. They fixed the brake caliper and put new struts on (I already knew the struts needed to be replaced). I'll be taking my car back.

  I came here on a recommendation from a friend who took there car here several times, and really liked the place. I ended up taking my own car here, and the guys there took a look at it. The problem ended up being my rear breaks that just needed readjustment. They did the readjustment, and because it was such a minor problem they did at no charge. I will definitely come back here again!

  We have taken both of our vehicles in to Ben White several times and have always been pleased with the service. They found the problem (or in one case multiple problems) and told us before hand exactly how much it would cost. They finished when they said they would.

  I was advised by my dealership that the
  timing belt needed to be replaced. After
  checking several repair shops, this one
  was the least expensive and offered me
  walk in service. They were professional
  and friendly. I would take my car there
  again for other repairs.

  We had a second opinion on another recommendation that they claimed didn't need to be done. We did have some other standard services taken care of since the car was already there. They seemed to be honest and upfront. I would recommend them and will go back!
