belts on 1995 Dodge Spirit

hi, i keep having my cerpinteen belt fall off when i hit a puddle of water i replaced the belt a few times is there any thing else that would help

There is a shield that can be installed to help prevent this. The info is all referenced in the technical service bulletin (TSB) from Dodge. You can get the TSB with an online subscription from Alldata or Mitchell. reference TSB #07-03-94
