How do you change the belt?

A/C-Generator Belt removal. Raise vehicle on hoist. . Remove the drive belt shield. WARNING: Do not allow drive belt tensioner to snap back, as damage to tensioner and/or personal injury could result. Position a wrench on the belt tensioner lug . Release belt tension by rotating the tensioner clockwise . . Remove belt. . Carefully return tensioner to its relaxed position. Power Steering Belt; From top of the vehicle, loosen locking nuts (Front and Rear of pump) From bottom of vehicle, Loosen Power Steering Pump pivot bolt. Loosen Adjuster bolt until (counter clockwise) to relieve tension from belt until belt can be removed. Reverse process for Installation. Belt tension should be tight enough so there is about 1 inch deflection in belt.
