Horrific experience. Not only was I given incorrect information regarding my vehicles' needed repair by Ken who stated he was the mechanic. I was also advised that I had to pay for parts and repair services that were covered under warranty ("because it went bad") from work that they (Bells Mill Auto Care) performed less than a year prior ($347.00). Russ ultimately had the work completed ($18.37 spark plug replacement) that was under warranty at no charge to me but insisted that additional work was needed ($247.00) and basically stated to me that there was "miscommunication" when it came to what his mechanic has stated (regarding the "work" that was needed and the $100.00 difference). I ultimately advised to have no one touch my vehicle. I picked up the vehicle without the "additional work needed" completed with and invoice that states "replaced #6 coil &plug" "still has a bad coil" .Took it to another mechanic to only be advised the battery needed to be replaced as there was no "bad coil" reading on his machine. This truly saddens me as I have been a client for years. Never again. Ladies and gentlemen if it doesn't sound right question it. If it does sound right ask questions anyway so you will have the knowledge for future reference.It will save you money.

I called Bells Mills Auto Care to get prices on getting a fuel system cleaning/tune-up for a Toyota Highlander and a Dodge Journey. And I have to say that I am still in shock over what the gentleman told me. He said that the newer model cars have Deposit Resistant Injectors (DRI) which means they don't need this service. I called Tune-Up Plus, Indian River Auto Care, and Tread Quarters and neither of these companies told me that this service was not needed. In fact they all gave me prices that ranged from $99.95 to $129.99.

I can't express enough how appreciative I am over the honesty of this company. From now on I will definitely be utilizing this company for ALL future car repairs/preventive maintenance.
