    STAY AWAY FROM BEAR TRANSMISSION. The free towing and low ball prices that they offer is just the begining of their scam to get you in and once you are in their hand you will be screwed. I took in my car for a transmission rebuilding job, they quoted me $825 wich once they took a deposit and started working on the car became $1200, the first day i picked up my car the transmission broke down, ELI TAERSTEIN refused to pay for the tow charge to get the car back to the shop, once back at the shop they told me it will take a few days to fix it, the thiefs then cracked my radiator and screwed up my waterpump and called me claiming that the problem was not the transmission so that they dont get the job that they were paid to do, this people are not honest so STAY AWAY FROM BEAR TRANSMISSION OR YOU WILL REGRET IT do your homework and check with the better business bureau and google their name and check all the complaints they have on so many different sites, check with the State of Florida Corporation Department and you will see the fines, you can also go to broward county public records and search by using the owner's name Taerstein Eli and you will see how many judgments this criminal has that will give you a good idea who you are dealing with i wich that i did that before going there so dont make the same mistake.

    I plead with you do not go to this shop for repair, unless you want to deal with unethical thugs. Don't be fooled by any people that wrote good reviews. I'd bet they're related to the owner. This company has reincorporated itself several times over the last few years and are not even licensed to do business. Give your business to the honest guy. DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS TO THESE PEOPLE. I am an honest, ethical and responsible person and am just trying to help out the next person from falling into this company's trap. If you don't believe me, check the Better Business Bureau and see they are already rated an "F"!
