    I live in Rockville Md and travel to Bay Motor Works for service because I know that I will always get a fair price and excellent work on my car. Mr. Temp is an outstanding BMW mechanic in all aspect.

    I second what bigbuddy stated. I would give a 0 for customer service if there was one. I have used them several times, however, and you can always depend on the work that they do. You never know whether the pricing is fair and my experience has always been that it is non-negotiable (and don't dare question the pricing details upfront). Again, that's where an atmosphere of healthy local competition might assist.

    Good BMW mechanic, but with no alternative service and repairs in the area, customers must overlook his superiority complex.
