battery not charging on 1997 Lincoln Town Car

I had my battery fail although not even a year old replaced the alternator and the battery failed again so I replaced the battery after I start the car the alternator starts charging but as soon as I drive it fails and the car runs off the battery kkilling it

Test the voltage output of the alternator. The output should be between 13.5-14.5 volts. Although the alternator was replaced there may be a possibility that it is defective. Also check the battery cables and make sure they are not secure and in good condition.

Will removing battery for winter storage deactivate any of the features codes, i.e. radio, keyless entry, etc.etc. that would have to be re-entered when battery put back in?
even when driving the battery will die had alternater and starter checked it tested good but something killing the battery
I went a got a brand new battery and when I try to start it I get nothing at all. With the hood up, you can hear a tiny little tick, but that is it. Is this a starter if I never had any sign it was...
Battery drains over several days, Replaced battery and alternator. Even disconnected battery for 2 weeks and it was fine. Any suggestions?
