My service tech said my battery is not charging due to short drive times and low MPH avg. I charge battery to 100% w/charger and it still will go dead over 3 days. I get the feeling there is an electrical drain via the tailgate/else where. Battery load test is fine. I get about 7-8 starts before its drained.

If the battery is good and the alternator is charging OK, then the battery shouldn't go dead from a few days of short driving. I suggest you take this to another shop or to another mechanic at the same shop, but get another person to look at this.
