Question: Battery Drain

 Rookie

I have purchased a 2000 BMW 528i and when I turn the car off, I can hear the heating blower still on. Because of this I believe my battery is being drained. Please advice on what might be the problem. Thanks.

  If your Blower motor is still on inside your car, then your ignition switch is not shutting off. be sure that it is your blower and not an electric water pump.

• Battery Dies
  My battery dies if I don't drive the car everyday. I bought a new battery but something still drains it. I also bought an alternator.
