2008 Honda CR-V Q&A

2008 Honda CR-V Question: Battery Drain

My HONDA 2008 CRV has only 30,000 miles but battery drains after sitting in the driveway for the night. I took it to MIDAS and they said that is not mechanical (the starter is fine). They said it is electrical. Has anyone experienced this? -
Answer 1
Battery drains are not uncommon. Switches for accessories can fail or aftermarket alams are installed and set problems up. A good technician can usally isolate circuit that is causing battery drain and find problem. -
Answer 2
My car does the same thing. Never had a problem until my daughter took it to college now it happened about 5 times. 3 times I have had it to dealer 2-3 tomes Auto club gave it a jump. New battery put in Sept. Now another new battery. Very frustrating. My daughter is in nursing school and needs to know she can count on this car -
