How are the battery terminal contacts? good?

Have you checked your charge rate? M54 are notorious for failing alternators.
If the charge rate is OK and the batteries you have installed are indeed new and fully charged, you have a current draw issue.

Make sure you don't have any aftermarket phone kits or entertainment equipment fitted as this might be the cause, if so return to the location of fitment and explain your issue.

Some faulty control units can also draw excessive current, as they fail to "sleep" or switch off, best place to go is your local mechanic or even better your local BMW dealership, so a current draw test can be carried out. Your local mechanic can be found in the "find a shop" tab above.
