Happy with service. Had brake work done and faulty sensor replaced ( broken wire on traction control sensor). However, after brake work the dash brake pad warning light still on. I did get a call informing me they did not have time at end of day when I picked it up to find reason for that brake pad warning light. I assume next time I come in for service will find reason and or fix in a fair manner.

Very honest mechanics. Came in because my car said to replace brakes. They took the time to actually measure them and let me know the sensor was off and I still had several thousand miles of wear left.

Brought my car in for two items, one of which was completely forgotten about. My back window was getting stuck down, when I was told my car was ready I asked if they checked the window, I was told they had. When I picked up my car the window got stuck in the down position the first time I tested it. Very inconvenient because I drive out of my way to see these guys.
The people are consistently friendly and knowledgeable. If you don't need the service or don't need it right away, they give you an informed estimate as to how long you can wait.
Service was fine, communication was an issue. After being told I needed a new gas cap and would be available in a couple of hours it was a no show. Apparently it was my responsibility to tell the front desk to order, not the mechanic's? After the gas cap arrived, my second trip to the shop that day, it was the wrong part. Correct part order to be available following week, upon my arrival. 2nd trip, the shop had returned it. Reordered, to be picked up in another week. Part arrived, I received it on my 3rd trip. To compensate for all this the provided with new BMW emblems for my Z3.
Service was done as requested. My questions were answered in terms I could understand. Service advisor was friendly and courteous.

Had routine maintenance performed and requested two problems be looked into: tire rubbing noise and occasional lack of power on acceleration below 60 mph. Staff was friendly and engaging. Services performed were good, but they could not definitively identify causes for either problem. Leads me to question level of expertise on some things.

Everyone there is very helpful; they tell you exactly what your car needs and quote a fair price. The work is always done exceptionally well and on time.
My last experience was great. They took good care of my vehicle and the customer service was great. I especially like how they explained the work they were doing to my vehicle in a way that made it easier for me to understand.
Little pricey. Charged $600 for DISA valve replacement, which is a pretty simple replacement. You can get OEM for around 200, and it only takes about 20 minutes to install.

The shop have been servicing my car for a long time now and I have no complains. The owner and his tech team explains to you in simple terms what service you need. They give you a free car wash after service.

I had the good luck to be driving on a road when I was caught in a flash flood. My 2007 BMW 525i was under water up to the windshield. Of course, this caused all kinds of issues. They evaluated the vehicle and openly and fairly only fixed the true problems. The cost of the repair was minimal. I have had my car back for 2 months now and it is running great.
Everyone was very, very nice (Mart and Josh are very kind), but my BMW still leaks and I've had it back to them twice.
