Baillie Automotive is fairly new to Rowlett, but in just a short time, Sean has built a thriving business based on customer service and quality repairs. He and Jeremy (technicians) both have a solid background in the automotive industry and continue to attend training classes whenever they can. Employee certifications have allowed this shop to be recognized by the ASE with their Blue Seal of Excellence, and considering there are only about 1,500 ASE Blue Seal Certified Facilities in the country, this a very prestigious honor. Baillie also received an extremely high Net Promoter Score, highlighting their fierce dedication to customer service.

  I have heard good things about this place from Ford Explorer forum and decided to try. I am giving them all 5 stars for being honest, professional, reasonable, client oriented. I needed to replace lower thermostat housing in my 2003 Ford Explorer. Sean showed to me the new parts and the old one (replaced) and give very professional recommendation on what he thinks should be done. He gave me options (cost-wise) to choose from. The waiting area is very nice, with available coffee, soda drinks, TV and magazines.

  Everyone at Baillie took care of me and my car. They were friendly and genuine and didn't try to pad the bill. They even provided me with a complete listing of what service my car needed and made it very easy to understand. Great place to go for service!

  Sean always tells you what he found wrong with your car and leaves it up to you to decide which repairs you want to perform. He even takes several detailed pictures to show you what he found. Very top notch repair shop.

  Sean is by far the most professional, talented, and honest auto service professional I have ever used. He takes the time to do it right the first time. He operates more like a surgeon than a mechanic. Don't trust your car to anyone else. Simply stated - - - he is the best!

  Sean is one of the most honest, fair and pleasant people I have ever dealt with. He went in to help me get my car working on a Sunday when his shop was closed. Great service. I have recommended him to several others and they were extremely satisfied as well. As long as I lie in the Rockwall area, Baillie Automotive will be the only shop I use.

  I have a diesel truck and normally took to dealership for repairs (highway robbery)!. I was referred to Baillie by a friend. They do a complete evaluation of your vehicle and you can decide what you need or want done. Those items get marked off in their system as being repaired. You vehicle is in their system with what has been done and what is left to be done IF you need or want. I am not also using Baillie for my wife's truck (non diesel) because of the trust and confidence I have with them.
