is it safe to drive with bad front struts can it create more problems for the car

    If the struts are really bad, you will have less control over your vehicle, does your vehicle bounce around or feel unstable? Why do you think they are bad?

    the front end makes a noise especially on bumps like a cranking noise i also get the same sound when i press down on the hood to bounce the car its only one side though the front passenger

    This may be the upper strut mounting, but you may also have an issue with a suspension part. When your pushing on the front end and re-creating the noise, try to locate the source of the noise.
    If you cannot locate the noise, then you will want to have a shop look at this to make sure it's not a safety concern.
