Body shaking or vibration under braking is almost always due to warped brake rotors. A technician could tell you for sure, but it's probably just time for new brake pads and either resurfaced rotors, or new rotors.

Been through this 3x with my 03 (107000 miles). Front rotors have always been the culprit. Grinding them fixed the problem for about 20,000 miles last time. You can get new "stock" ones from Autozone for about $60 apiece with 2yr warranty. If you want the problem to go away for a long time you may want to check out the performance cross drilled type (100-140 apiece). Good idea to change the pads too. Don't let this problem persist too long - The shaking could get to the point that you lose control of the vehicle - believe me...been there.

I was told by mechanic that could be the hubs. They could be warped.
