They contacted me through the Unity Shop, it's a charity organization they offered to do some work in my car. I am a single mother to a 3 year old and at the time (11/07/15) I was headed into the hospital for a very major Hysterectomy I had explained to them my car was all over the road that the ball joints were bad the alignment was off. They kept my car for nearly 2 weeks when my friend went to pick it up she went because I was in the hospital for 9 days and couldn't walk upon release . They did nothing but change the oil. My oil was fine it had been changed 8 weeks prior. They let me to be leave they would at least fix one of the things wrong with my car. They did nothing but give me excuses and put me off . Very evil thing to do to a very sick single mother.....
They quoted me and serviced the same day.

By far the most professional, courteous, and honest auto repair shop I have ever encountered. As a customer, you never feel as though you are being taken advantage of, and everyone there is extremely friendly, knows your name, etc.
The Ayers are wonderful people and they show that every time we are in the shop. They greet you offer you coffee, and really try to make you feel comfortable. You just know you will go back when there is another problem with your car.

I wouldn't recommend. They seemed dishonest - just unfair repairs. Air conditioner worked for two weeks after the repair. The guy was very evasive, very intrusive, and disrespectful.
A couple times they have told me I needed costly repairs and I haven't been able to do them at the time because of the cost and then when I return to have something done it is no longer a problem. They said something needed to be replaced as soon as possible and then I take the car back and all of the sudden there's no problem with that particular item. So that was confusing.
It's an upper scale shop and you pay for your quality. Prices may be higher but so is the quality.
