Auxillary heater hose connections may develop coolant leaks on Plymouth Grand Voyager

Had leakage from water pump. Replaced pump and thermostat. When I did before I got out of the drive way something busted and I lost all of the coolant from the passenger side of the motor. I didn't know about the lines to the back. Haven't got it repaired yet. Wondering if I could do it myself.
the rear heater hose ruptured by the right rear wheel
Plastic quick connect rotted & broke off on heater hose. Not fixed yet.
