The system in question has an auxiliary air pump that often sounds very much similar to a fan blower, this auxiliary air pump will typically run at start up until the system has been fully charged to support system designations...this is normal, if it should continue to be of concern, please stop by for a courtesy inspection to confirm nothing else is occurring that shouldn't be.
