Autowest Dodge Chrysler Jeep Roseville
I have had several bad experiences with this dealership since purchasing my car from them in 2005. Today I took my car in because it was having trouble starting. They charged me $150.00 for diagnosis to tell me that I needed a new battery. Then wanted to charge me an additional $160.00 to have them replace and install a new one. This was the final straw. Will never be returning to this store for anything.
