You've heard the myths about a good, trustworthy mechanic. Well, there actually is one in existence right smack in little Kearney Mesa. This shop is small & not highly advertised, but they do great work, will spend plenty of time with your car finding out what's wrong, and won't overcharge you for some BS part you don't need. Almost every time I've gone there they have done less then I was fearing was needed, because they flat out tell you "you don't need that". They're friendly and timely, and they don't hide belligerent mechanics way in back; You can actually talk to them directly about what they're doing. They're cheaper than the dealers, and faster, and I'd say even more trustworthy.
