I would not recommend this shop to anyone! The owner was rude from the beginning when speaking on the phone. Kept the car for over a week and when I called for information, he informed me he would never work on the vehicle and to come pick it up. The car had to be towed and I have had to have a rental car this whole time.

This family has taken great care of our vehicles for generations ... literally, my parents still use them, my husband takes his Honda there and our children depend on them. I never question his diagnosis and feel I get quality service at a very honest cost. It is a very busy shop but we appreciate the way they take care of us.

I just called the place for an estimate on a transmission oil change. The person that answered constantly sighed and asked me many questions that I did not know the answer to, and in an condescending manner. If we could not speak to each other on the phone, then I know I would not have been able to connect to the company in person. Why would a customer pay a company that can't deliver customer service? This is definitely a business no-no with this economy.
