  First time customer converted to a loyal customer. They are honest and helpful, simply the best experience. I've finally found a repair shop for my car.

  I have a 2006 Hummer H3, which I love. This vehicle was taken to our local Hummer dealership 4 times for a re-occuring check engine light, yet no problem was ever felt. They continued to tell me I had misfire data stored, yet they never did feel a misfire. I contacted AAA (because I am a member) & asked that they refer me to a reputable facility in the Longwood area. They advised me that I should be taking my vehicle to Automotive One,Inc. (I later found out that Automotive One is one of AAA's #1 referred repair shops & is an ASE "Blue Seal of Excellence" facility.) They took the time to not only scan my vehicle for why the check engine light was on, but then proceeded to produce 2 Tech Service Bulletins right from Hummer explaining exactly the failure which existed and WHY it had occured. Further more, they showed me that my vehicle was eligible for a recall on this repair and that it would NOT cost me anything thru the Hummer dealership. What took me 4 trips to the dealership, countless phone calls, aggravation & 2 rental cars...Automotive One produced all the facts & information in under an hour and a half. Clearly, these guys are at the top of their game and their factility showed it. My vehicle was repaired at the dealership & NO, they did NOT charge me. Automotive One is my shop from now on...& I've told everyone. They also honor the AAA discount program, another plus.
