They're responsible and reliable. They tell you what they're doing. If you need something done, they give you time to decide on it. I think they're perfect. I drive over a hundred miles to go to Automotive Instincts. They're very nice. They're fun. A fun group of men. They take an interest in your life. You even get to know other customers. I've made friends actually from people I've met there. Everyone I've met there says the same thing, that they wouldn't take their car somewhere else. Their prices are fair. When I first got my Honda I called the dealer and asked for a price and I called Automotive Instincts and it was a third less.
They do excellent service. They're trustworthy. They're very nice. I've been going to them since 1988 and they treat women with respect. Their prices are very competitive. They are hard workers. Their attention to detail and service is excellent. I've never had a problem after I've had a service done on my car. I've never had to take it back to be fixed again. Trustworthy, honest, nice guys, clean establishment, very knowledgeable.

They don't try to sell you something you don't need, and if they do find something you need that you didn't know when you brought it in, they call you to let you know before they fix it. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. That's the only place I have gone for probably thirty years.

They are conscientious about not telling you to fix something that doesn't need fixing or telling you how long you can go without fixing it. They do repairs in the time they tell you it will take.
Honest review: This place is as good as it gets. If you're looking for a trustworthy repair shop with great customer service and low, honest rates- stop looking, you've found it.
You're not going to find a place that's faster, more reliable and provides the quality service they do for what they'll charge.
I have been coming here for years and will never go anywhere else. They are the only ones I will trust to work on my car and trust will give the lowest cost possible.
They have gone out of their way to help me several times (this even includes rides to school, home and work) and this is how they would treat every one of their customers.
You will be pleasantly surprised every time if you chose Automotive Instincts!
(and no offense to the first reviewer, but that could not be more out of character for these guys. They are all incredibly genuine people and I think that was a pretty outrageous accusation... please see for yourself)
