Automatic Window on 2000 Toyota Camry

One window is down and won't go up - other 3 work fine. Does motor have to be replaced or is this fixable.

It's more likely to be the power window regulator than the motor, though the motor is possible. You can look up estimate ranges for this repair in RepairPal's estimator.
