Automatic transmissions may develop shifting concerns or a shudder condition. Our technicians tell us the shudder condition may be caused by transmission fluid level or quality. The shifting concerns may be caused by a faulty transmission control module (TCM).

When I shift into drive takes a min to go into drive what's up
I have a 2005 Dodge Sprinter 2500. I took it to the local Dodge dealership in Las Vegas. I was told it was the Hydro-electric module, and it was going to cost $1500 to fix. I had to decline the work due to finances. I discovered the wire harness going to the transmission pan all frayed and cut up. I don't want to take this back to the same dealership in Eastern part of Las Vegas.
I had the trans rebuilt last year but now when I ease off the acceleration it shutters or vibrate as it slowly down shifts but if I simply touch the fuel petal it stops until I release it than back to vibration
the transmission is slippling from 2 to 3 when the van is hot ,when is cold shift ok
