Automatic transmission shifting concerns on Dodge Sprinter 2500

Problem Description and Possible Solution

Automatic transmissions may develop shifting concerns or a shudder condition. Our technicians tell us the shudder condition may be caused by transmission fluid level or quality. The shifting concerns may be caused by a faulty transmission control module (TCM).

The vehicle shudders during acceleration and the tachometer goes up when it shudders. It is not the drive train because I just had a complete new assembly installed.
I had the trans rebuilt last year but now when I ease off the acceleration it shutters or vibrate as it slowly down shifts but if I simply touch the fuel petal it stops until I release it than back to vibration
