 Rookie

My volvo was slipping gears and a friend told me to try and replace the atf. I did and the foward gears are fine, but now it wont reverse. any help please

    Make sure the fluid type and the level are correct. Check the owners manual for the type, I believe it is Dextron III. Is the upshift arrow flashing? If so, this is indicating that the transmission control module has detected a fault and a trouble code will be stored. You'll need to have a repair shop check those codes and diagnose accordingly.
