Autologic has been servicing our cars (Mazda Minivan, Honda Accord, Chevy Suburban, GMC Yukon, and Lexus ES300) for over twenty years. We first went to them on a referral from a trusted neighbor. According to him, the cars Autologic serviced would be always be safe, the prices would be fair, and that Autologic would not recommend unneeded repairs. We took his advice. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and best of all, the mechanics do quality work! Thanks to Frank, Dominic, Jim, and their mechanics for keeping me safe this summer as I vacationed in Montana in my 21 year old Lexus.

Lack of timely communication about status of repairs. (I had to call at 4pm on Friday to figure out if I could pick up the car before the weekend.) Dominic was extremely rude when I complained about that, and said I should go elsewhere if I didn't like it.

The customer service is good but they are overpriced.

Using only top quality name brand parts, providing a 24 month/24,000 mile parts and labor warranty with nationwide roadside assistance,towing coverage and employing highly trained technicians does not place us in the "cheap" auto repair catagory. However, we do our best to remain competitive considering the ever-increasing costs of doing business in the Eastside. We feel that Repair Pal is a good source for any consumer to see what the average cost of a repair will be.
They are professional, friendly, clear about the costs and deliberate about what repairs need to be done when.
