Had to go back they left grease on my seat but got me back in when I called them. They fixed the problem.
The work done on my car was great. The car performed better after the work was done.
Liked the fact that you showed me items that needed my attention, so that I can fix them when I have time.
Enjoyed the service!!
Always a pleasant experience nice friendly service!
Autolab provided me with a detailed PDF document, including photos, of what they had examined and found, along with recommendations. The manager then called me to walk through the file and thoroughly explain everything. They were nothing but friendly and professional throughout.
Had an axle seal replace but the part store gave them the wrong one. Took truck home noticed it was still leaking. Drove it back and they fixed it right. Thanks Autolab!
Overall not the best time with Autolab. It took over a week to get an estimate for repairs and then another 3 weeks going back and forth with insurance to fix, which is definitely insurances fault, but all communication only happened when I called in asking for an update until Wylie took over, and then communication was great. We had a window replaced, and was told the car would be taken to the car wash and glass would be vacuumed up, but car was not washed and there was still all of the glass in the back seat.
I will be a repeat customer. I felt they were honest and that I got more than my money's worth. I will recommend them to family and friends.
Disappointed. Shop did not have my appointment on the books so repairs took 5 hours. Brought my own brake pads to be replaced and shop did not use them. Instead they charged me for their brake pads. It was mentioned I should replace my windshield wipers. I told them I actually had replacement blades in the front seat of my car. I didn't ask them to replace them but it would have been a nice touch considering the high price of labor and long waiting time.
It was nice to know that the repair was done correctly and that when I left the shop my engine light came on. Despite the shop being quite busy my car was looked at and I left feeling that my car was Ok. Thanks everyone!
Wiley was great about making sure I got a ride home and explaining to me what was going on with my truck. I just had surgery the day before I brought my truck in, so his kind way of treating me was very much appreciated. I really liked the electronic report they sent me detailing all the work they did on my vehicle.
Good service and a nice mom and pop shop feel. Spent 7000 less than what Subaru quoted to me after my car was stolen and damaged.
AutoLab are my go to guys! I know they'll be honest about what does and doesn't need doing, and I know their price is competitive. Nice guys, great mechanics.
Very busy shop!
The mechanics were able to handle the unanticipated complications and get the job done right. I'm very appreciative of their effort!
Work was done quickly. Explanation was given clearly and I was treated with respect.
Informative efficient. Competent. Polite!
I have had several experiences with them. The pricing was fair and transparent and the work is quality. The only gripe I have is that they sometimes take a while to get the job done. Otherwise, no complaints.
Great. I was not able to pick up my car when they said it was done and they kept it for me until I can.
Our only issue is that the service tech lost the oil cap. It cost us $31.00 to replace from the dealership.
They did what I asked them to do.
I thought they were over priced and they didn't do much on my car. I paid $150.00 to replace a cap and a hose and the cap was not replaced properly it was just sitting in the engine, not even screwed in.
They explain what they are going to fix and what the problems are. They are very professional and keep in touch with me.
I get the service I requested in a reasonable time and they have a friendly staff.
They did a good job and I enjoyed their service.
I believe they are over priced. They did the repair and charged me $65 for tightening three screws. The really over charged me. I have heard the shop was good and that may be so but I still feel the charge was too high. I could have taken it to a dealership and paid $10 more and gotten a full diagnostic report. The screws are not tight enough.
They did a great job and I was very satisfied.
They do really good personal service, everytime I go back they are very accommodating.
I had a headlight that went out and I got there when they were closed and they stayed longer to change my headlight and I was very grateful.
I've had service in the past and their customer service is amazing.
They're super friendly and I am a return customer from the company that they bought out and I'm completely satisfied.
They did a very good job and I was very pleased.
When I first went there they were very small and they have had a lot of turnover by employees. The owner is a really nice guy but every time I talked to someone there it was a new person.
I thought I had problems with my brakes. I expected that I would need to leave my car there. They gave me a ride back to my job and my car was fixed that afternoon. It turns out it was worse than I thought, it was a leak in the back brakes. The mechanic was the instructor in my daughter's karate class, so I felt like I could trust him. Actually all the mechanics were straight forward and polite. I would even tell my Mom to go there and she is picky.
They are fast and helpful. They answered my questions and even looked up parts for me on a different repair.
Quality of service is Excellent. The non pressure of sales and recommendations for additional service is good.
The people are straight talkers and do good work, and the quality of the work was really good. Everything that I wanted was done with the upmost satisfaction and didn't need any additional work, they gave me an exact estimate on cost and time.
They've been working on my car for a while, they're honest, professional, and always do good work, and they have cars available if my car will take a while.
Good service, convenience, and the work was completed in a timely manner. Customer support is great and they're overall performance was amazing.
