  This shop does terrible work and has terrible cust service. It has taken, now, five trips to get my transmission running. Now the engine light is on. They kept my car nearly 2 weeks. They never apologized. Ben, the mechanic, talked over me on the phone. They broke my sunglasses; never apologized. I suspect they do not know what they are doing. I would never take my vehicle back there!

  Joe scaldara is a rotten two timer who will charge you 4 times what he paid for the part. Also he and his technicians love to use jb weld for anything that they damage. A great alternative shop is griffin tire pros a few miles up the road although sometimes a lil pricy they get the job done right. Bo Puckett is the owner and his lead tech Phil will do you right from oil change to wheel bearings I trust griffin. Now if youve got a Mercedes Charlotte star service will take good care of you.

  I took my car in because a different shop told me I needed a valve cover gasket and a new oil pan gasket. The manager showed me the valve cover leak and told me the oil was leaking down making it look like the oil pan was also leaking. They fixed the valve cover and saved me $250.00.

  i wouldnt take my car there if this was the last place on earth. They tell you it is fixed it isnt. then when you ask when it is gonna be done they yell at you and tell you to stop calling. no custoer service at all and very over priced not to have car fixed and then they will tell you to come get your car and put the parts in a box. Took 15 days to not have a car still not working. they stink
