Wonderful and respectful staff. Very responsive and patient with explaining things and questions. Even though they were probably very busy, they made us feel like we were the only people they were helping, which is hard to find these days. The repairs to the car, although it has only been a week, appear to have been done to the highest standard as guaranteed by their policy. I am already looking forward to coming back there for my next oil change. Thanks guys!
The staff was polite and helpful. However, I arrived promptly for my 10:00 appointment and did NOT expect to wait over 2 hours for my tired to be installed.

Dave was so professional and courteous both on the phone and in person. Was very impressed that Dave and other young man in the office were wearing ties and looking very business like. We would definitely come back to this shop. My only critique is that we had 4 new tires put on the car and within 2 days of having the car back, 1 tire went completely flat and the other 3 had fallen tire pressure.
I will certainly come back for more service when needed. It was great that I was set up with transportation while my work was being performed.
The guys here were very professional, which is very unlike most shops. That really stood out. You could tell these people care about what they are doing. It was a long drive for me, but well worth it.

Everyone was very polite and I was very pleased with the over all service. My truck was not ready when I went to pick it up. However, the team stayed until 7:00 pm to make sure I got my truck that day. I know they have families and a life outside of work and I truly appreciated that. I believe Abe was the name of the technician that stayed late to finish my truck up. The manager and everyone there was awesome. I would recommend AutoStream in Ellicott City to family and friends.

I went in for an oil change, after finding my usual auto shop I went to changed and made me skeptical of the work being done. They not only changed the oil but inspected the car for other maintenance that should be done (or should have already been done by the other shop but wasn't). They were very thorough but didn't pressure me into additional services that day.
Great experience from A-Z! I will return and I will refer this shop to all family and friends.

There were initial issues, which the shop indicated as their error. They accepted responsibility and didn't charge for some of the labor and discounted materials cost. Explained all to me and I felt treatment and cost were fair.
Definitely will use them again.

I came out of the grocery store to a dead battery... fortunately the AutoStream Car Care was within walking distance. They immediately sent someone over with a battery charger to start it... I drove over to their garage for testing to be sure that was the part needed and they fit me into their schedule, switching out the bad battery for a new one, available in stock. All this was done in less than an hour so I was able to keep an important business appointment that afternoon. Can't say enough good things about their helpfulness and quality of care.
I had an extreme case of transmission failure, which basically left my care on life support. The people at AutoStream were extremely supportive of my predicament. They supplied me with a variety of choices and did extensive research on how to repair the car at a reasonable price. They did not pressure me on what decision I should make but helped me sort out the choices. I would definitely be back and refer them to everybody. Great job.

My first time going to this location. I usually go to the Columbia location for service. This location was close to work. The air pressure light went on in the car. I had put air in the tires and the light was still on. The mechanic found a nail. They explained how the tire could be repaired and within 30 minutes I was in and out of location and back to work.
Vehicle inspection was completed in a timely manner. Communications were great and repairs were well done.
My Highlander tailgate was jammed and technician Joe fixed it in 10 minutes.

Kelly explained to me what to look at when buying tires and didn't pressure me to buy tires through AutoStream, she just wanted to make sure I got what I needed. It was a great experience all around, from front office to the garage, everyone was always willing to answer my questions and explain what they were seeing and why they had concerns. They also told me what I should keep an eye on, but didn't need fixed right now and what I can do at home to help prolong the life of certain components etc. Great place, great service.
This was a complex issue to identify. There was an issue initially. However, work continued and it was rectified. Kelly and Joe both did an excellent job with their thoroughness, and in explaining the repairs. I was very impressed with both.

They were great.
When I dropped my car off, I specifically mentioned that my o2 sensor code had gone off the check engine light came on within a day or 2 of picking my car up and the code came back as the o2 sensor again.
Also, the technician never called on Saturday to update me on my car, as was promised. Not a big deal, but it was a little hassle to work out getting my wife and me to work on Monday.
However, I do appreciate the staff doing their best to track down parts and fix what they did fix. Thanks and Happy Holidays
Got oil changed but the multi point inspection wasn't performed so I don't know what the status is on everything else. I paid for the oil change which includes that. In retrospect they were slammed with customers. I'd still come back based on the fact that I trust them.
Kelly was awesome! I moved here from Michigan and she assisted me with getting my car Maryland ready. I would highly recommend AutoStream.
My experience is I know the Automotive Service Manager and know I will get a reasonable price and her customer service skills and know I will not get rip off with the services offered to me as a very dedicated and a very loyal customer and comes back because of this and make my service appointments by phone calls which is very important to me and getting me into their schedule book and like receiving email message prior to this.
Overall, great experiences with only a few problems. Most recently, a new woman called to tell me that my oil change was finished. She then asked me if I wanted to get ____ done. She didn't explain what ____ was and just told me the price when asked which was over $500. For people like me who know nothing about cars, I need a walk through of what is needed, especially when it is an expensive service. Kelly was also really good with this, but the new people haven't been doing this. I also didn't get a print out of my complementary inspection that I always get when I have my oil changed. I really liked those, I hope it was just an oversight. Thanks

I will be call AAA to have you removed as a vendor. The repair was not done correctly and I need a new belt. I also was told to have repairs done that were not needed. I will not be returning and won't even buy gas or a stick of gum from your shop.
Kelly is always extremely helpful and they have gone out of their way time and again to help with discounts and added services. They make us feel like our family is more important than making a sale - we take all our cars there!

They have the report with pictures to show what is your car condition, that is a win. Pricing is higher than other shops in Baltimore. That is the main consideration for me not sending the car to them. But excellent service.
The staff at Auto Stream could not have been nicer and more helpful. They quickly and easily helped me with my tires and made additional suggestions about future repairs based on an electronic inspection. They even texted me a 3-D version of the inspection results so I could see what the concerns were. I will definitely return to Auto Stream in the future

I scheduled my service online. Being new to the area, I selected this location because it was walking distance from my home and they advertised that they performed new to MD inspections. I scheduled my service online, submitting preferred dates and times. I didn't hear back for a few days, but did receive a confirmation for the date and time requested. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told that there wasn't an inspector there to provide the service I had requested, so I had to reschedule. I appeared at the rescheduled time, but had to wait for the computer to boot up and for the service representative to figure out how to log-in. Other than the scheduling mix up and having to wait, the actual service done on the car was timely. They even provided a loaner car free of charge.
Replacement of heater core damaged dash on drivers side. Shop did not acknowledge damage. Shop replaced AC Evac and recharged AC in attempt to get AC working. AC still did not work and the shop reported AC compressor was bad. Shop did not offer to replace AC compressor. Stated there may be other issues..? Very unhappy with high charge for work. Left with no AC plus damaged dash for $1719.76 charge!
As always, I was treated with care and respect. Everything was explained thoroughly and I left confident that my car had been taken care of in the usual professional way.

I had a very good experience with AutoStream in general. on my last visit, I wanted to get the braking pads replaced. When they realized that the work would take longer than their estimate, they then drove me home and later picked me up from home so I don't wait for the car to get done at the shop. Very nice people, good work on the car.

There are a few dents on the windshield after change. They sub-contracted to the third party.

This is the second bad experience I've had at this AutoStream location. They gave me a promotional "VIP" coupon with two free oil changes after I bought 2 Groupon deals from them. When I used it last, they marked off both of them rather than just the one I was using. They marked it off with the date of my last oil change. Dishonest. The last bad experience left me with a missing lug nut and my air filter sticking out of the housing (noticed because my car was very loud and wouldn't drive right).
